- Social Room, Games Room, Theatre & Conference Room
- To book the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference room, residents must complete the Amenity Room Rental Agreement (found on the Espana website under 'Forms'), agree to the terms and conditions in this form and provide I.D. A photocopy of the resident's I.D. will be made and attached to completed application form.
- No food or beverages allowed.
- Total attendance at any event shall not exceed the rooms stated capacity.
- All persons using the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference room do so at their own risk. Neither the strata corporation nor the strata council accept liability for any harm or loss suffered in connection with the use of the Party, Games, Theater or Conference room.
- The resident who has booked the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference room must be in attendance at the event, and is responsible for all his or her guests.
- No commercial activity may be conducted in any of the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference rooms. For example, no one is permitted to sell tickets, charge admission or levy any fee for any activity in these rooms.
- No excessive noise is allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference rooms unless accompanied by an adult.
- Functions shall be contained within the assigned room; guests shall not be permitted to wander about the complex.
- After event, the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference room must be left clean, with lights turned off, all equipment left in an orderly state and doors closed and locked. For Games room, please brush table, put balls and cues on rack, replace table cover and return keys to security.
- No notices shall be posted in common areas regarding events in the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference rooms. For example, there shall be no notice posted on or near entry phone, in elevators or on Social, Games, Theatre or Conference room doors.
- The owner who has booked the Social, Games, Theatre or Conference room must read these rules, agreeing to abide by them and sign a copy to be attached to the application form.
- No event shall continue past 11:00 PM. Room must be cleaned and vacated by that time.
- If you see anything that is potentially unsafe, or which needs maintenance, please advise the Espana Concierge, Security or Building Manager.
