Swimming Pool, Whirlpool, & Sauna Use Guidelines
Hours – 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Closed - 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for Cleaning  

• All persons using the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna do so at their own risk. Neither the strata corporation nor the strata council accept liability for any harm or loss suffered in connection with the gym
• Please consult with your physician to determine whether you are able to use the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna, or whether you are able to engage in strenuous swimming activity. Please limit the amount of time you spend in hot tub and sauna.
• Alcohol is not allowed in the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna. Do not use these areas while impaired by alcohol or drugs. 
• There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Running, horseplay and spitting are not allowed.
• The Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna are for the use of residents and their guests only. Residents are responsible for their guests, and must accompany their guests at all times.
• No one under the age of 16 is permitted to use the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna unless accompanied by an adult. 
• No one is allowed to use the Spa for conducting commercial activity. If you see any activity in the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna that makes you uncomfortable, immediately report it to security.
• If you see something that is potentially unsafe or which needs maintenance, please advise the Concierge or Building Manager.
• Appropriate swimwear is to be worn at all times.
• No smoking or pets allowed.
• No glassware or other breakable items are allowed in the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna areas.
• Please shower before using the Swimming Pool, Whirlpool & Sauna areas. Do not engage in personal grooming in these areas.
• Breach of these rules may result in loss of privileges and/or fines.
