In the interest of improving security for all parcels and envelopes received by the España concierge desk and providing superior service to all residents, the parcel service program has been revised.
All parcels and envelopes can be picked up at the concierge desk located lobby level, 689 Abbott Street, Tower A.
The new procedures for retrieving your parcel(s) are itemized below.

Monday to Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Parcels will be held on site for 10 days from the date they were received at the Espana after which time they will be returned to the sender.
Liability Waiver:
In consideration for using the concierge services, you hereby accept full responsibility for any package delivered to you using the concierge services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The Owners, Strata Plan BCS 3437 and its owners, strata council members, agents, employees, and contractors are not responsible for and will not be liable for any costs, loss, damage, or injury suffered by you related to any package delivered to the concierge, including but not limited to lost or stolen items, damage to the package or its contents, and failure or inability to contact you when the package arrives.

Parcel Information:
- Please ensure that the parcel(s) shipping label for delivery to the Espana clearly states your full name and also the company name if you have a business. THIS IS IMPORTANT as the name on the parcel must match the name on the official Espana owner / tenant list and your current government issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, BC ID card. If the parcel info and your ID do not match, the parcel(s) will not be released to you for security reasons.
- Your mailing address on parcel(s) must indicate the apartment number, street address, city, province and postal code. Any missing info may result in the concierge being unable to accept the parcel(s)
- Maximum allowed parcels dimensions are 40cm x 30.5cm x 21.6cm or 15 3/4” x 12” x 8 ½” - parcels with larger dimensions will not be accepted.
- Maximum weight restriction is 30lbs
- Parcel Pickup Information: When a parcel(s) arrives at the Espana for you, the concierge will attempt to telephone you from the contact information provided on the official Espana owners’/tenant list. It is also a good idea to have your contact number on the parcel(s) which is very common.
- When picking up your parcel(s) at the concierge desk, please ensure you bring your ID with you.
- IT IS IMPORTANT that you are the originator of the parcel(s). We will not release a parcel(s) to another person on your behalf.
- You will be required to sign for your parcel(s) and be given a confirmation receipt.
