I am moving in, what do I need to do?
Owners and legal representatives are permitted to book the elevator for a move in. For tenant move-ins, a form K must be completed and signed by the landlord prior to booking the elevator.
There is a non-refundable $200 move-in fee that needs to be paid before the move in date.
Popular moving dates are the middle and end of the month, so we suggest to book as early as you can to guarantee a spot on the date that you wish to move.
Booking dates are available 7 days a week in 2 time slots: from 9:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Tower C can only book 1 time slot per day.
In some cases, extra security needs to be hired for elevator rentals (this is why we require 48 hours booking notice).
Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early on your move-in date so that you have enough time for the pre- inspection that is required on all the common areas where the move will take place.
