Move In & Outs

Residents at the España can book an elevator for move-in and move-outs as well as for smaller loads.
Please book your move early as limited times are available daily. 
Also, popular moving dates at the middle and end of the month fill up quickly.

Fill out the Move In-Out Booking form for all moves and submit it to the Concierge.

A $200 Move-In fee applies.
Payment can be made either by cheque or cash. Please make cheques payable to BCS 3437.

Loading/Unloading Furniture Information

All moving trucks must unload or load furniture from the street level.   There are meters (with numbers) in from of Tower A - 689 Abbott St and Tower C -633 Abbott St and Tower B - 188 Keefer Pl are no parking signs in the round about.   All locations require a Temporary Special Zone Permit to reserve a location for a moving truck.    You will have to have the meter numbers for the application.
