I have a large item to be delivered (furniture, appliance etc.), do I need to book the elevator?
When you have an item or small load to move such as buying/selling a piece of furniture, replacing an appliance, moving some boxes, etc. it is considered an express move (as long as it does not exceed 3 loads in the elevator).
Express moves require notification to the concierge so that they can make the proper arrangements to pad the elevators. Please let the concierge know in advance if you are planning an express move and they will help you book it.
At the time of the express move the concierge will observe the move over the monitors. Any dirt and/or damage will be reported to the property manager to proceed with a fine.
I was expecting a package and I did not receive it, what happened?
If you were expecting a package and the concierge of España condos didn’t receive it, you might want to consider the following:
Is your name updated in the España data base?
If you have recently moved or your name has not been updated in our data base, we won’t be able to receive you package as we cannot confirm if you are a resident or not at España Condos. If that is the case, please contact Pacific Quorum phone at 604-638-1961 and request to update your information. If you are a tenant, ask your landlord to submit a form K with your information.
Is your package too large to be accepted?
If you know the courier company and have a tracking number for you package you can contact the company directly.
If you tracked your package and it states it is out for delivery, you may receive it later in the day or the next day. Sometimes the delivery companies do not have time to deliver their entire truck load in one day.
You could also try to contact the sender and see if your package has been sent out yet.

What is the maximum size and weight of a package that the front desk can accept?
If my parcel was returned how do I get it back?
The España Concierge will hold on to your parcel for 10 business days. After this period of time, your parcel will be returned to the courier company.
If you know the courier company, you should contact them directly to trace your parcel.
If you are not certain what the courier company was, the España Concierge can assist you with that information.

If you are expecting an oversized parcel you need to arrange for the delivery company to drop it off at a time you will be home.
It is important you provide your buzzer number to the courier company so they can bring your parcel to your front door.
España Concierge can assist the courier company by providing your buzzer number but you need to be at home to receive your package. If you buzz the courier in but you are not at home, you will be left a notice to pick it up at one of their branches.

Times that packages are delivered will vary through seasons, but here is a general guide:

- Canada Post (for letters and small packages) regularly arrives Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
- Canada Post for larger parcels regularly arrives between 12:00pm – 5:00pm.
- Other couriers do not have a set time, they will usually drop off within the 10am-5:00pm window.
