Somebody is parked in my parking spot – what should I do?
Parking spots are private property and España management doesn’t have the authority to tow any vehicle in a spot.
If someone parked in your parking stall, you have 2 options:
1. Leave a note advising them to move the car otherwise they will be towed.
2. If you require your parking spot immediately you can call the towing company Busters Towing at 604-685-8181 and they will have the vehicle removed typically within a few hours.
Towing companies do not charge the owner of the parking spot, they charge the car being towed. Please ensure your have the right information before you tow anyone.

Somebody broke into my car, who can help me?
You should report a break in to the police as soon as you notice your car has been vandalized.
The non- emergency line to report the crime is 604-717-3321.
If the police require surveillance footage, they will get ahold of the building manager and it will be provided accordingly.
Please keep in mind that the España building manager and/or concierge will not be able to provide you with this footage unless instructed to do so by the VPD.
Please be reminded that building security is a group effort and you should report any suspicious activity directly to the police.
Is there any visitor parking?
España Condos doesn’t have free visitor parking, however guest parking can be purchased at the pay stations on the public parking level. The public parking level can be accessed from the Keefer Circle or off the Costco entrance on Expo Blvd. Please ensure that your guests purchase adequate time to avoid ticketing.

- While your are waiting for the Busters to arrive you can park your vehicle in the pay parking area located on P1 level marked IMPARK.
- Call the Concierge at 604-307-6901 and they can issue a free temporary pass for a time limit of up to 4 hours.
- The resident owner is responsible for contacting Busters Towing and meeting them at the gate to let them in.
- When you call, Busters will ask for your address (which can be 633 Abbott, 689 Abbott or 188 Keefer), stall no and license plate being towed. They encourage your to take a picture.
- Busters Towing will require the resident to sign a "towaway notice" and your will receive a copy.
- Disputes will be between the residents only.
