Games Room
The Espana Games Room is located in tower B on level 2 adjacent to the Fitness Centre. A cozy room that would well-accommodate a small group of friends or family, it includes a space-saver pool table replete with cues, rest and balls. Marble tables and comfortable chairs complete the Games Room. Full height windows allow a view to greenery and the Keefer Steps. Starting February 16, 2026, please use the LIV App for Games Room, Social Room or Theatre Room.

On-line Bookings are for only Espana residents who are owners or tenants and not for Short-Term Rental guests.
