All Construction Agreements must be accompanied by an Assumption of Liability Agreement.
The Construction Agreement is used when residents are applying to the Strata Council to make physical changes within their unit. This applies to all structural renovations (replacing flooring, removing a wall, installing new kitchen cabinets, etc.).
This does not apply to painting unit walls or changing interior closet configurations.
