The Form K is a document that is mandatory for all tenants living at the Espana.
It remains on file with the Espana office and Property Management company for the duration of the tenancy.
Tenants will be unable to access some services without it.
Either download & print the blank Form K below, fill out and submit it to the Building Manager's office or complete it online, scan & email it to [email protected].
Note: Tenants must have their unit owner's signature, address and contact phone number included on the Form K before it is considered complete.
