The Move In & Move Out forms are used when a resident wishes to book the elevator for a residential move or a smaller 'one or two loads' move.
Download and print the blank Move In & Move Out form and fill it out noting your preferred move date and time. Please select an alternative date and time as some dates and times are highly sought-after and may not be available. Please check with the Concierge to find out what's available.
The earlier you book, the more likely you will receive your preferred date and time.
A $200 Move-In fee applies as well as a refundable $200 damage deposit.
Payment can be made either by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order. Please make cheques payable to BCS 3437.
Cash is not accepted.
